If you’re contemplating working with me you’d probably like to know who I am and what I stand for. But bios are boring or particularly witty – and I am neither of these. I’m just gonna tell you what my closest friends and family say.

I have a zest for life yet my days are fairly commonplace. I work for myself, mostly helping others feel better! And when I’m not working you’ll typically find me striking a yoga pose, or with my nose in my Mac – sometimes both at the same time, and outdoors as often as possible. I am acutely aware of the need for balance and I consciously strive to make time for family, friends, my health, passions and travel, as well as work. I love good food, wine, tea, coffee, beer and chocolate – probably in that order. I’m a simple girl, always traveling light. Sunshine, fresh air, flowers, books, bare feet and smiles all make me happy and I thrive on change and an intellectual challenge!

Prior to solopreneurship, I was a high-level project manager and technical writer for a local government entity (among a multitude of other labels). In the latter part of those years I gained certification as a yoga teacher and my direction in life changed forever. Many ‘dark nights of the soul’ made me wrangle, and subsequently conquer fears to pursue a path of living what I love. I make my living as a yoga teacher and writer in a variety of settings, and dabble part-time in online media consulting, additional writing (technical writing, copywriting, blogging), content strategy, web design and social media marketing.

Challenging cerebral work, creativity, constant learning, daily mindfulness, attention to detail and living within the rhythm of nature are all key to my contentment. Interested in yoga classes, workshops & private sessions? Go here. Online media work and/or writing services? Go here.
