slow morning practice easing into the day before heading off to advanced ytt … a few sun salutations while focusing on my feet, yin because my body needs it, bone tracing to wake up to my body, and trying to comprehend the relationship between the bones of my feet and the earth.
“what did you feel? what did you experience?” my teacher asks.
words don’t come.
i am feeling things – lots of things.
but most is subtle and takes lots of attention, intention, awareness. and my dominant left brain wants to organize it all.
my burning question: ‘does practice make it all easier? will the breakthroughs be amazing?’
i know i am learning and growing but i want more.
